When to choose the Urbania

The Urbania is Force's newer, more premium van. Its cabin feels closer to a car than a traditional tempo traveller, which is why groups pick it when first impressions matter.

  • Weddings: moving the couple's families between the hotel, the venue and the airport, alongside guest transport in other vehicles.
  • Corporate guests: airport pickups and site visits for clients or senior teams.
  • Family occasions: anniversaries, milestone birthdays or a special day out together.

Urbania or tempo traveller?

Both come with a driver and both carry a group in one vehicle. A tempo traveller is the practical choice for sightseeing, airport runs and college or office groups, and it's available up to 20 seats. The Urbania is the step up when the ride itself should feel special.

For groups larger than 17, the Urbania can travel alongside a 20 seater tempo traveller, or we can suggest a mini bus from our partner operators.

FAQ

Urbania questions

What's the difference between the Urbania and a tempo traveller?
Both are vans with a driver for group travel. The Force Urbania is the newer, more premium model, with a cabin that feels closer to a car, individual reclining seats and USB charging points. Groups usually choose it when the ride is part of the occasion, such as a wedding or a visit by important guests.
Which Urbania will we get, the 12 seater or the 17 seater?
It depends on your group size: up to 12 people travel in the Urbania 12 seater, and 13 to 17 people in the Urbania 17 seater. Choose your group size in the quote form and it will show which one fits.
How much luggage fits in the Urbania?
About 8 to 10 medium suitcases in the Urbania 12 seater, and about 12 or more in the 17 seater. Carrying more or bigger bags? Tell us when you book and we'll plan for it.
Our group is bigger than 17. Can we still use the Urbania?
The Urbania seats up to 17. For a bigger group we'll suggest the 20 seater tempo traveller or a mini bus, or the Urbania alongside a second vehicle.
Why aren't prices shown on the website?
The fare depends on the vehicle, the date, the distance and how long you need it, so every trip is quoted on its own. Send your plan and you'll get a quote for exactly that.
How do I pay, and is an advance needed?
A part advance of about 20% of the quote, paid by UPI, confirms your booking. The balance is paid at the end of the trip. We accept UPI, cash and bank transfer. We don't take cards.
