Cancellation and Refund Policy

Plans change. This page explains how to cancel or change a booking with Ezy Goa Tempo Travels, and what is refunded.

In short

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, or the group doesn't turn up, the advance isn't refunded, because the vehicle is blocked for the day.
• Refunds go back to the same UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 working days.

How to cancel or change a booking

Tell us as early as you can, on WhatsApp, by phone on +91 95790 09209 or by email to ezygoatempotravels@gmail.com. Please include your name, the trip date and the pickup point so we can find the booking. The time we receive your message is the time used for the cancellation.

Advance payment

A part advance of about 20% of the quote, paid by UPI, confirms your booking. The balance is paid at the end of the trip.

Cancellation charges

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. The advance is refunded in full if you cancel 24 hours or more before pickup.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, or the group doesn't turn up, the advance isn't refunded, because the vehicle is blocked for the day.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the same UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 working days.

If we have to cancel

If we have to cancel, you choose: a full refund of your advance, or a replacement vehicle.

Changes to date, time or route

We'll try to accommodate changes, subject to vehicle availability. A change to the route or duration may change the quote.

No-shows and late arrivals

The driver waits 30 minutes after the pickup time. After that, the booking can be treated as a no-show and the advance isn't refunded. Running late? Call or WhatsApp us, and we'll try to adjust the plan.

For airport pickups, the driver tracks your flight and waits up to 60 minutes after the confirmed pickup time, so a delayed flight doesn't count as a no-show.

Mini bus bookings

Mini buses are supplied by our partner operators. Booking and payment for mini buses are through us, under the same cancellation policy. We confirm the bus and driver details on WhatsApp before the trip.

Dudhsagar jeep safari

The jeep safari is run by the forest department and paid for separately on the day, so it isn't part of our refund.
