Choosing the right tempo traveller
Start with the number of people. Up to 14 fit the 12 & 14 seater. From 15 to 20, the 17 & 20 seater keeps everyone in one vehicle, and for groups of 15 or more we send the 20 seater, so nobody is short of a seat.
Then think about luggage. The 12 & 14 seater takes about 8 to 10 medium suitcases behind the last row, and the 17 & 20 seater about 10 to 12. A sightseeing day with small bags is no problem; for an airport run with big suitcases, tell us what you're carrying so we can plan for it.
For more than 20 people, a mini bus from our partner operators is usually the better choice. If your group is staying in two places, or some people arrive later, mention that too: two smaller vehicles sometimes work better than one large one.

How booking works

Send your trip details
Use the form, WhatsApp or a phone call. The date, pickup point, group size and where you want to go are enough to start.

Get a vehicle and a quote
We check which vehicle is free on your date and send you a quote for the whole trip. Ask anything before you decide.
- 3
Confirm your booking
Once you're happy with the quote, confirm on WhatsApp or by phone and your vehicle is booked.
- Payment
- A part advance of about 20% of the quote, paid by UPI, confirms your booking. The balance is paid at the end of the trip. We accept UPI, cash and bank transfer. We don't take cards.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, or if the group doesn't turn up, the advance isn't refunded. Read the cancellation and refund policy.

Tempo traveller questions
Does the tempo traveller come with a driver?
Yes. Every vehicle is hired with a driver, so nobody in your group has to drive, find the way or look for parking.
Which size should I book for my group?
Up to 14 people fit the 12 & 14 seater, and 15 to 20 people fit the 17 & 20 seater. If you're carrying a lot of luggage, mention it when you book. Choose your group size in the quote form and it will suggest a vehicle, which you can change.
Is there a difference between the 17 seater and the 20 seater?
Not for passengers. It's one vehicle type, and for groups of 15 or more we send the 20 seater, so anyone who needs 20 seats gets 20 seats.
How much luggage fits in a tempo traveller?
About 8 to 10 medium suitcases behind the last row of the 12 & 14 seater, and about 10 to 12 in the 17 & 20 seater. Carrying more or bigger bags? Tell us when you book and we'll plan for it.
Can I hire a tempo traveller for more than one day?
Send your dates and a rough plan for each day on WhatsApp, and you'll get a quote for the whole trip rather than day by day.
Why aren't prices shown on the website?
The fare depends on the vehicle, the date, the distance and how long you need it, so every trip is quoted on its own. Send your plan and you'll get a quote for exactly that.
How do I pay, and is an advance needed?
A part advance of about 20% of the quote, paid by UPI, confirms your booking. The balance is paid at the end of the trip. We accept UPI, cash and bank transfer. We don't take cards.
What does the quote include? Are tolls and parking extra?
Fuel and driver charges are included in the quote. Tolls, parking, state entry tax on outstation trips, the driver's allowance on overnight trips, and night charges for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM are extra. Entry tickets, boat rides, river cruises and the Dudhsagar jeep safari are not included.
Do you pick up early in the morning or late at night?
Yes. Pickup and drop are available 24×7, so early flights, late trains and late-night returns are all fine. Night charges apply for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM.
